The seminar was held successfully in the planned venue. Total turn around ADC’s and Rovers was 26 participants from Johor Bahru district. Its a First ScoutsJB seminar for innovation for the effective managements and practical thinking.
Among others our participants was exposed to:
- Mind Mapping
- How to think creatively
- What are the important matters in innovations
- Implementing changes for new image.
- How to develop growth in an organization
- Effective managements and quality in leaderships fo all

ScoutsJB and the youth of Scouts in Johor Bahru appreciate Prof Dr. Ahmad Zaki bin Abu Bakar sincerely for supporting our movement by allocating his valuable time and efforts for this organization. The real success of ScoutsJB’s growth is by implementing his ideas, this is how we are going to really thank him.
Prof Dr. Ahmad Zaki bin Abu Bakar attached to University Technology Malaysia from Faculty of Science and Information System. One of the activity was was given to us is a task to build to dream building of Scouts JB. We did by forming an individual groups randomly& freely by implementing our ideas.

But later realize we can actually build a city by working together, that is what TEAMWORK is all about, “Never let the others fail in for a same purpose” …together we can achieve a greater heights. And below how we work together to build a Scouts City.
And our Result was magnificent. Any dreams can be achieved if we work together and able to implement our Innovations in any Organizations.

In this World Thinking Day Weekend (today 27th Feb 2010) We promise….to make the scouts a better and innovative movements in Johor Bahru District. Together we make a World A Better Place.

In this day, today 22nd February (for every year since 1941)…its a day to remember our founder of the World Scouting Movements. As a tradition each and every Scouts in the world celebrate today by wearing any insignia of Scouts to show the respect to the movement and the founder who know to world as B.P.
Robert Stephenson Smyth Baden Powell, 1st Baron Baden-Powell, OM, GCMG, GCVO, KCB (February 22, 1857 – January 8, 1941) was a soldier, writer and founder of the world scouting movement.
He is also know to us all as:

The World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts choses a theme for each World Thinking Day and proposes related activities.
This years (year 2010) theme is: “Together we can end extreme poverty and hunger”

On the nearest weekend to World Thinking Day, Girl Guides and Girl Scouts from across the world come together on ScoutLink to chat with each other and celebrate their Founders. Others are involved with Thinking Day on the Air (TDOTA)[1] using amateur radio.
